I don't believe that the last post was intended to be harsh. Some people have never experienced what it is like to be on a limited budget, and simply think that if you want something, you just go out and buy it.
I understand the small amount of funds available, as I am retired also.
If I can find something that is within my budget, I will certainly try to make it available to you. Until then, ask in the forum for information and you will get, probably more than, what you ask for. Just remember that the people who post on the forum, just like me, are renderning opinions and reitterating what they have read and heard, so don't accept it openly as the absolute final truth for your questions. Most of the informtion concerning the Titanic will forever be supposition and imagination.

Hi again! It was indeed not intended to be harsh. I just thought it was the easiest way as sending stuff to Russia is somewhat difficult. Many things get lost on the way if you send them by ordinary post. Otherwise it will be very expensive. I didn't mean to say that ordering books from amazon was cheap.
