Here is a May 13th, 1912 Daily Mirror Newspaper that I own that has a frontpage article about the rescue of the Dean family which included the youngest "still alive" survivor of the Titanic. These photos are very rare. The photographs are taken on board the Adriatic on their return trip home from the sinking of the Titanic.
I had it autographed by Millivina Dean on July 8th, 2002. Very interesting the title! Note it says "Cheers For Mr. Ismay." Click on the photo to enlarge it for reading. Enjoy Attached file:  titanic daily mirror.jpg (410.68 KB) |

That's awsome, what a treasure! I wonder how much that is worth?
When I was young, my family and I went and stayed on the Queen Mary, and in one of it's stores was the front page only from the New York Times the day after Titanic sank. It was framed in a heavy plastic display board, and it cost at least a $1000 (if I remember correctly). |
