at the bottom of the page when you post under attach file(just scroll down) is view requirements...make sure there is a green circle next to"no requirement"...if it is next to reply you will get that message...and no one can see what you posted....no requirement is usually the default, so don't touch anything....if it does appear if the orginal poster would just log in and edit that we should be able to see it....hope this helps
