Hi all im new to the board. Ive been addicted to Titanic and other White Star Line vessels ever since i was in the 4rth grade. Im now 22 years old and i seem to get more and more interested in Titanic as the years go by. Im glad i found this site, it looks like a kewl place.

Welcome to the forum Average Joe.
Hey, like you, I also became interested in Titanic when I was in the fourth grade, and that was a whole 10 years ago. It sure doesn't seem that long ago. Boy, time flies! I think you'll have fun on the board. Everyone here is really friendly and fun. Happy posting! :D |

I'm intersted about the deepness the Titanic sank, how big is the ship, how big is the iceberg and all of those things that are about the same.
 I could find it in encyclopedia, but i'm lazy. |

The ship is approximately 2 1/2 miles down. Originaly she was 882 1/2 feet long, but no one has measured the two peices. No one knows how large the iceberg was, although we do know it had to be at least 100 feet tall to tally with various passenger's descriptions.
