To say that there is a lot of extra stuff in the 3 or 4 disc edition is an understatement. Cameron left almost nothing out lol.. There are even some "hidden" things. It's impossible to get through all the stuff in a day, you'll probably need a week if you watch it everyday and really spend time picking through everything. Sunday, I went through and looked at some of the art, I love that they included Ken Marschall's work in there. An amazing artist, and clearly Cameron thinks so too, as he honored Ken by recreating every one of his pieces in scenes in the movie. Also included a nice quote. The cover art used for the release of the original DVD appears to be one of those recreations of Marschall's art.

So did they add the editted scenes into the movie or were they just a collection at the end of the movie? I haven't gotten to excited about the movie hype.

Well I got the DVD the day it came out, which was the 25th, but I didnt start watching, til Friday, because I had school and whatnot, and I wanted my whole day to be uninterupted, which it wasnt... but still.... I finally got finished watching everything today, because there was so many interuptions and of course I had to go to sleep, but I guess it was a good thing because it made it seem as though there was a lot of extra stuff to watch, even though there was quite a bit to watch...

I was so happy the day it came out! Really, theres a lot of extra stuff that I really enjoyed watching. Cameron, in my opinion, is a genius. Just seeing how the movie came together is amazing.
