You're welcome. To think, I was deliberately looking for information on Rootsweb.com about Will's Genealogical Family Tree...as well as Ada's BANKS FT in Christchurch, New Zealand. MA |

Since I am also into Genealogy, I happen to find this on Rootsweb.com about Titanic's First Officer, William McMaster Murdoch's grandparents on his mother's side, his mother and three older siblings...
William MUIRHEAD and Agnes McMORINE are the parents of Jane "Jeanie" MURDOCH nee MUIRHEAD b. 5 Apr. 1846 in Carlaverlock, Dumfrieshire, Scotland. Mary McMaster MURDOCH b. 2 Nov. 1865 in Oldham Street Presbyterian Hospital in Liverpool, Lancashire, England. James MURDOCH II b. 27 Oct. 1867 also in the Oldham Street Presbyterian Hospital in Liverpool, Lancashire, England. Mary Agnes Cummings MURDOCH b. 19 Nov. 1870 in Dalbeatie. -=-=-=-=- Isn't it interesting, that Jane is really 3-years Captain Samuel MURDOCH (b. 4 Apr. 1843) 's junior...just as Ada (b. 20 Dec. 1873) is 10-months their son, Will (b. 28 Feb. 1873) 's junior. While those whom did the research on them, got it all wrong!? MA |
