I still bounce around now and then... but I do have to agree with Mark, things just don't interest me as much anymore.... Topics are always the same and always by the newest uninformed members.... or.. things that have been debated on years ago, and I really don't wanan come out of my hiding to debate on something I already have in the past.
Plus, alot of the old members.. and I mean, from way back before this site went to a new server, were banned back then.. and when this site reopened on a new server we were all unbanned ( I was one of the banned members... my name was JByard) When they were banned, they were upset and didn't come back when they were allowed to re register. ( I'm talking OLD members.. TeamTunaFish, Bess, AnthonyBLovesTitanic.... really old members)

Why were you all banned?

The sites straight forward enough, you need to know something about the actual titanic, look in historic, I see no problem with that......is there one?

I am not pointing fingures or accusing any new members, but for God sake use you head!

I haven’t left either, its just over 1700 posts I don't know what else to say.....to be honest, I was getting annoyed with this site, there where no debates, the vast majority of talking was done on anything else. Also generally, when a new member comes in they ask a question that’s been done to death, surely, a quick scan of the topic headings, and add to them; add to the wealth of knowledge. I am more than eager to help, but after a while the arrogant obnoxious people you get on hear drives you away. I will be making more of an appearance for a while, but I see no change to what deterred me in the first place.

Adios

yea........i guess..........but its not our fault that there isnt a help thing!!!

I haven't left. I don't read the board a lot, or post, due to the reasons I mentioned earlier in this thread, but I do look in every few months or weeks.

Best wishes,

Mark.
