I agree with silverfire, the Rubaiyat of Omar Khayyam was never listed in the Titanic's cargo manifest, but was apparently onboard the ship. The money it would take to uncover its resting place would far outreach the money it would be worth today.

One of the most expensive piece of cargo on Titanic was and is "The Rubaiyat of Omar Khayyam". A jewel encrusted gold plated book that has a bunch of ancient sayings in it. (I)Don't really know what religion it belings to, but i think somewhere around the Middle East/Central Asia area. Can you imagine if that is found? It will be easy to identify (Gold). FYI: For those who don't know, gold does not rust in salt water.
