Plus ships of modern times aren't built like Titanic (from the "back bone" up). Today's ships are pre-built in sections and sent to the yard for final construction. Indeed, Titanic (along with her sisters and other classic ships) were works of art. Blood, sweat, and tears LITERALLY went into the construction of these fine ships. The ship was almost alive with its own personality and "soul". Like the Mona Lisa painting, there can be only one that's the best - the original! Oh, sure you can Xerox the original, but it wouldn't be as good as the original. I've said it before, but here it is again: "...You can built a ship and name it Titanic, but it wouldn't be Titanic. Any other ship, even an exact duplicate, is just that - a duplicate. It wouldn't have the "soul" of the Titanic, and that's a big thing to be missing".

Still, if they did build a Titanic 2, I'd take a trip on her!
