[quote:95267ce571="Bill Chow"]Hi ya. I think A Night To Remember is for me as close as your gonna get to what happened. Unless you were there. As for the J.C film, it should have been moor for what happened to the ship and not on fictishous people. [/quote:95267ce571]
Most of us agree with you on that Bill. :D |

[quote:b0de4b6828="Tom Dyer"]Hi,
I've never seen that film, but from what I've been told, it is not very accurate, the iceberg even hits the ship on the port side, instead of starboard. :D[/quote:b0de4b6828] Hi, I certainly wouldn't recomend it. It just didn't feel like a film about Titanic. No names of actual people on the ship were used and from what I could gather it wasn't all that acurate. They had the captain in some room watching somone singing or something when he was in his room wasn't he? Helen |

I watched Titanic [1956 version] and at the end it showed all the blokes stood on the deck singing a welsh song and I was wondering if that really happened?
As for the film, can't say I liked it. There was no mention of the real people on the ship like in James Cameron's film. It didn't feel like a Titanic film like the James Cameron one. Helen |
