What is it like now? Is it solid? Maybe you should watch one of dozen documentaries of the Titanic or even read a book.
For the thosandth time no it can not be raised. It's broken into pieces and would fall apart more if it was disturbed. Go to this site and explore the wreckage of the Titanic. http://home.flash.net/~rfm/index/contents.html |

Yeah.. that would have been great.. you could have saved all those words..
