A solitary shoe lies on the ocean bed.It is a unique fragment of history,among millions of particles of debris spread over the miles of sand and silt where the ill fated Titanic came to its final resting place on the Atlantic ocean bed.
The ladies shoe has lain close to the wreck, shifted occasionaly by currents of the deep, for more than 75 years.
Only shadowy glimpses of the sunken giant and its treasures have been seen.Until now.
