 The grand staircase was located in the impressive entrance hall on B deck. It was approximately 16 ft. wide, and was extremely gorgeous for a ship of those times. It accessed 6 decks, and was over 60 ft high, capped at its upper level by a massive glass dome and was also lit by a massive 21-light chandelier. And for those who wouldn't or couldn't use the staircase for any reason, the Titanic also had at least 3 electric lifts. |
