Well, It's been 90 years today (Nov. 21) since Britannic struck a German mine and sank in 55 minutes. Sadly, atleast 2 lifeboats were launched prematurely and drawn into the still turning screws and chopped to bits! At least 30 people were lost, but 1,136 were saved. Britannic only had 5 successful (round-trip) voyages, before she was lost on her 6th (out bound) trip. It NEVER carried a paying passenger, NEVER got the rest of her interiors installed, and NEVER got to see "retirement" (like Olympic)!
