Its a delicate science, I am sure there is alot of concern for the Oil industry as the rig can't move away. so they better make sure its not hitting their profitability.
I think it wouldn't be a bad idea. For the people that parished i think it enlightens this generation that an ice block could sink a ship 100 years ago. With the radar technology we have this day it seems avoidable as you never see it in the news that a ship sank because of an ice berg.
