Canada will get exactly the same version as the USA, you are in region 1 so that is what you get, the 3disc version. Europe and the UK in region 2 will get the 4 disc version around the same time, because paramount is releasing in region one and fox in the UK and europe there may be some sligh alterations such as, fox believe carying the film on 2 seperate discs will increase sound and picture quality over the american version. Not much though
