George Behe's website is interesting in this regard. However, this is a red herring in my opinion: even if a ship was unsinkable, you don't want to damage the ship anyway. After all, you can't carry fare-paying passengers and earn money while a ship is in drydock having her hull repaired. And earning money is the whole point of building a commercial ship.
