Sony wont be macking there machine at such a loss, but they will need to cut so as to be competative, ps3 looks set to be $400, for base unit. plus all yor accesories, a few games so you are looking at well over $500.

Ps3 is due spring 2006 in japan, unfortunetly it seems not untill christmas 2006 for us in europe and the states.

xbox 360 is first to market roling out in europe december 2nd.

Microsoft certainly are taking a risk, loosing so much money but they are in the belif they will make it back in games, but we shall see who wins.

Sony won last time because they where out first
