"The heart of the ocean" is totally made up. The only real diamond that comes close to anything like it is the hope diamond, which was not on the ship.

What treasure is real and was supposed to be on the ship was something called the "rubyat of Ohmar...." or something like that. It was a book of poetry that was encrusted with diamonds and other precious stones.
