I just read the news and this is not so good for the belfast city council. I saw that they have some budget for buying the ship, but making the amount public is not smart either because they will auction it up to the amount..

I am quite confident that maybe belfast wants to buy it outright without auction and that they are negotiating.

these people from Titanic Quarter wouldn't do something greedte, because if they do, they will loose alot of support from the community from every continent, i can imagine already.

But by leaving the state of the building this bad, can mean that they have no real interest in keeping it. So they'll need to do more than just keeping quite.
